Nodal Power Systems is a new type of infrastructure company. We develop, own, and operate power generation projects in conjunction with related energy and data center infrastructure — across landfill gas-to-energy, natural gas, and microgrids, with planned expansion into solar, battery storage, gas storage, and transmission.
Our experience spans the full project lifecycle: site origination, engineering, financing, construction, commissioning, and long-term operations. Our intellectual property portfolio — including four issued U.S. patents covering the optimization of power generation in conjunction with on-site fuel sources and co-located data centers — anchors our position in the current energy infrastructure expansion.
Converting methane emissions from landfills into clean, dispatchable electricity. Seven projects in California and Colorado, ~17 MW combined capacity, with operating dates targeted in late 2026 and 2027.
Reliable, dispatchable generation supporting grid stability and large industrial loads. Three projects in Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado, ~335 MW combined capacity, with operating dates targeted in early 2029.
Utility-scale solar generation paired with our other resources to deliver round-the-clock supply. Planned expansion area within our development pipeline.
Battery energy storage systems that capture surplus generation, smooth output, and provide grid services. Planned expansion area.
Strategic transmission positions that improve project deliverability and create optionality between markets. Planned expansion area.
Natural gas storage positions that support our generation portfolio and enable firm gas supply for on-site power. Planned expansion area.
Our projects sell electricity and capacity to regulated utilities and regional grid operators, supporting reliability as legacy generation retires. Pipeline projects are positioned in markets where capacity is most valuable.
We are developing dispatchable, sited-flexibly generation that can support data center customers — including potential co-location and energy center campus arrangements at select project sites.
Reshored U.S. manufacturing — semiconductors, batteries, advanced materials — creates concentrated, firm-capacity demand near our project locations. Federal industrial policy (the Inflation Reduction Act, the CHIPS and Science Act) is accelerating this demand.
We originate, engineer, finance, construct, and operate every project. One team, one accountability line.
Landfill gas, natural gas, and microgrids today; solar, battery storage, gas storage, and transmission as planned expansion areas. We choose the right resource for the right site instead of being locked into one technology.
Four issued U.S. patents (and one pending) covering the optimization of power generation in conjunction with on-site fuel sources and co-located data centers — the architecture an AI data center campus requires.
We built, operated, and successfully divested the Four Peaks landfill gas project in New Mexico. We built and operated the Wasatch off-grid project in Utah from greenfield to commercial operation, including a pilot that achieved approximately 92% uptime.
Longstanding marketing and offtake relationship in the western U.S., where Constellation's origination group works with us on power marketing and offtake structures.
Preferred scheduling coordinator for our projects, providing power marketing, energy management, and settlement services across U.S. energy markets.
Executed term sheet covering the sale of certain environmental attributes (Low Carbon Fuel Standard credits and similar) from our biogas projects.
Technology integration partner. Mainspring's linear generator technology supports our low-emission, dispatchable generation strategy.
Nodal Power Systems announces the closing of a $13 million Series A funding round to accelerate development of its power generation and energy infrastructure portfolio.
